I applied through a recruitment company who set me up for an interview with 2 members from my eventual team. I passed this interview and was sent for a psychometric test (numerical, logical, literacy and personality). on passing this, I was sent for a second interview with another 2 members of the team. I received a call a couple days later to let me know i had the job. Total time from start to finish was around 2 weeks
