I applied online at two Macy's locations. The first one I had an interview with the cosmetics department manager and she liked me but there wasn't any availability during the times that I could work. At the second location, I interviewed with the department manager and the brand manager within the same week.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish

personality questionnaire with application...then maybe you'll be offered the virtual and in person interview...the virtual took about 30-40 min.s. 4 questions total. the in- person was really smooth and laid back, good energy
