Screening for hiring via internet very poor. Best way to get an interview is thru a connection, not thru qualifications. Very political when it comes to hiring. Slow to follow up. Uses any manager of a department for interviewing. No HR involvement and inability to answer questions posed by candidate.

Interviewer did not know what "promoting from within" meant. Interviewer could not read question sheet with ease. Had trouble pronouncing words.

Interview
The hiring process consisted of filling out an application on-line and taking a pre-employment assessment. Once the assessment was complete, it gave me some days and times to select for my interview. Interview consisted of the "tell me about yourself" question. Once the HR manager heard I was prior military, the interview was over and I was offered the position.
