a 30 minute phone interview with a very friendly and engaging recruiter!
Then, a 4 hour long interview in the office where I had four talks: Two pairs of younger employees and two managers. The managers were insightful in teaching me about job. I did not feel like I was at Macys for an interview, being a long time fan of the company, but rather just some office job.
