Competency test and then a couple of interviews. Test was tricky. Reasoning and coding. Some of the questions were very straightforward and others took a bit more thought. Got an offer but declined after reading reviews.

They showed different functions and asked for the outcome.
Overall bad experience. Would not recommend to proceed with this company. Unprofessional environment with little redeeming qualities. The management is incompetent and often unclear with desired direction. Look elsewhere in my opinion
