I had 2 interviews then was given a project that I had to complete and present to the team (so essentially 3 interviews and then time to complete the project and prepare the presentation). At the end of the presentation, I was told I'd hear back in a week. I never heard back from them again and after devoting that much of my time to their interview process, it felt very disrespectful.
