My interview process with Makersplace was very smooth and quick. I had an introductory call with a recruiter who quickly passed my resume along. Following the initial introductory call, I had two more interviews with two key players on the team. Both interviews went very well. My mission and working style aligned with the team, along with our values and goals.

I was supposed to get a phone call for the first stage, but I was ghosted. They reached back to me with no apology or explanation and asked if I was still open to speaking. I said I was, and got ghosted again, then they came back ti say the role has been filled.

Employee at MakersPlace reached out to me and set up a phone call. Rescheduled the first one 5 minutes after the interview was supposed to start to the same time the following day even after multiple emails notifying them that I would be unavailable at that time. Finally moved to new time the following week and was completely ghosted.
Red flags all around - bad product, bad process, would be surprised to see company last another two years.
