The process started from an aptitude test, then interview with one of the managers then Director round at the last which is just a formality, then offer stage at the end.

After applying, I was asked to submit a recorded interview where I responded to three questions. After succeeding at that, I was asked to do a virtual interview with one of the consulting managers.
