The hiring process at Malala Fund takes an average of 60 days when considering 4 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Programme Officer had the quickest hiring process (on average 60 days), whereas Programme Officer roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 60 days).
I went through 3 stages of interviews which took me a month of preparing for different interviews. Eventually, I was informed that I'd not been selected for the role. When I asked for feedback, I received no response to my email. Having been interviewed by many organisations, I'd expect a feedback after going through this lengthy process. The interview questions were not difficult at all for me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Malala Fund (Beirut) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was a round of interviews, a set of written case study, one behavioral and personality interview, and one related to my past experiences. I was interviewed with 2 team members from the back offices in london and in washignton.

Finally I did a simple online finance assessment completed through email.
