In hindsight it became clear to me that this organization is interested in contacting, hiring and partnering with individuals who are good at their work , have a history of solid results and can get along with people. The interview process was formidable ( as it must be), and frustrating ( because of meeting so many people , asking me the same questions ) , and extraordinarily valuable ( because once I was offered and accepted the position ) as I had met and gained some insight into who the people I was going to work with ere, and what sort of influence they would have on my own influence to get things done.
