There were no technical questions and I was extremely skeptical of the team hiring me. They seemed to just be looking for someone who has an attitude that they like. Some of the questions were as vague as "what do you think is the most important skill for a software engineer?" which obviously has no right answer and doesn't seem to gauge any lateral thinking. I was kind of put off by them by the middle of the interview and I think it showed. In the end, they didn't even give me a rejection they just ghosted me. What a joke.
