Initial interview was with a recruiter through a phone, and an onsite interview with the development manager and his direct supervisor. Interview was very casual, they went over the dev stack they currently have and described what they wanted to do for the future.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews one phone call and another pannel interview at Manulife financial as an application developer. Questions asked were basic one was a behavioral interview another was technical questions interview.
It was a one round of in-person panel interview that consisted of a BA, tech manager and one more person. There was a mixed bag of questions , a few technical and a couple behavioral questions.
