Director did not show up and one of the managers was lagging in and out of the interview. I had no issue with the aforementioned things, but what I did not appreciate was recieving zero feedback on my interview. I had reached out to the recruiting manager to get feedback, no reply a month later. Leaves me wondering if they even graded my interview and how they truly chose candidates.

Interview
Very quick interview process. In total it was just one phone interview with my manager. Her current intern (the one I wold be replacing) was also on the phone. She asked me the standard behavioural questions and asked about my previous work experience. She did review my transcript so be prepared to explain if you have a low grade in a course. As long as you can explain yourself you'll be fine. Be sure to have questions ready for the current intern as well as the manager interviewing you.
