The application was very easy to complete. However the online interview process was not as user friendly and required a change in device to be able to record and answer interview questions virtually.

Question 1
When was one time you were put in a high stress or pressured situation and how did you overcome it?

Interview
The interview process was fair but a long process i feel was excessive. Not technical and was only behavioural based questions finding out if your good fit for work culture. For all three steps:
1. Pre-recorded interview
2. 1 on 1 interview with HR
3. Interview Day (3 interviews from people in each rotation function)

All interviews were behavioral, and honestly the people, culture, and opportunities presented and discussed during the interview were fantastic.
Just be yourself in the interview, and don't forget that an interview is a 2-way process.
