I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maria Yee in Jan 2018
Interview
Basically she asked me to describe why I'd be great for the role, and why I would like to work there. The negative reviews at the time, of the company, scared me away from following up, and they did not reach out either, however, they seemed to like me. Perhaps they did not like my portfolio at the time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maria Yee (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process took 2 weeks. The location is next to the plant in San Jose downtown. I applied online, received a phone interview, and then came to San Jose for on-site interview with the company owner and the team. The on-site interview took a long time: an hour and half to spoke with the company owner + another 1 hour with the team + 40 minutes with the operation manager.

Question 1
Very unprofessional by asking your personal stuff, such as " what dose your father do?" "are you married?" and "where did you born?"..
Applied online and took about three weeks to a month before hearing back for the first interview. It was a panel interview with the employees, and then an individual interview with the CEO, COO, and President. The interview was followed by an application exam was involved to test your ability in Excel and e-mail communication.
