Recruitment (someone based in Dubai) reached out to me on LinkedIn and told me that I fit the criteria for candidates they are looking. However, during the phone call, she could not even correctly identify where I have worked or my past experiences, which makes me question whether they even looked through my profile. My next interview was with a partner of the company and despite agreeing on a specific date, recruitment scheduled the phone call on the wrong date. The partner told me that I will be having a third interview and will be emailed the details, which I never received. I followed up many times, to which recruitment said she will give me a call and as you would have guessed, never did. This is a reflection of the poor standards and crappy attitude within the company. There are better events companies out there, so steer clear of this one and save yourself some precious time.
