I was called by a recruiter who asked a few basic questions to ensure I understood the job I applied for and he set up an interview time that worked for the location I was applying for. Then I went in and met with the Director of Nursing and HR for a very simple interview. They just asked me about my experience, if I felt I could handle the heavy patient load of a post-acute care facility, how I handle stress, etc. Then allowed me to ask questions. It felt very conversational.

You apply on their website, recruiter contacts you and discusses shifts and positions at different locations and whether want to interview. Recruiter then contacts you and the team at the particular location. Then go to interview with usually the director of nurses, sometimes the administrator or staff coordinator
