Question 1
How does your experience make you a good fit for this role?
Strictly question-and-answer (both 1st and 2nd interviews): pulled out a printout of questions and began writing down all my answers. Should’ve been my first red flag. Zero pleasantries. All business - textbook type of questions. Then they ghosted me. Both unprofessional and rude.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshall & Sterling
Interview
Great experience with excellent people. Small company but has a lot to offer. The people really want to help you grow and learn! Overall great! I would highly recommend interning, expseically if you go to one of the neighboring colleges. It was also paid which was great for a 2nd year internship.
