The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

Dropped off my application and was interviewed by two separate people on the spot. They asked about how well I work on a team, how comfortable I am asking people to sign up for the credit card program, and my availability.

How comfortable are you to talk to customers about signing up for a credit card?
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
