Interview
They ask you to tell them about yourself and then continue on to ask you behavioral questions. Answer these in ways that put the customer first. They ended the interview by asking for availability.

If there was angry customer, how would you deal with them. In previous jobs, what were aspects of that job that you disliked?
The interview process took a few days. After completing the job application there was a group interview. The final interview was with the store manager. They reached out to me within two days to make an offer.
