Phone interview was about 1 hour, then 3 weeks later I was invited for an on-site second interview, HR interview, and tour. I was offered the job by HR later that day. I wish they had reimbursed my travel since Boston is very expensive and they insisted I come visit and stay several days. Also, if you don't have an internship after graduating, you aren't actually interviewing for Med Tech I, you're interviewing for a lower position with a big drop in pay, and can move up to Med Tech I after one year. Interviews were fairly casual and just required some basic preparation prior to.
