I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
First I had a phone interview with HR and we went over my resume. Then I had the interview with the floor I applied to over zoom with the nurse manager and clinical nurse specialist. They asked the regular interview questions (tell me about yourself, your strengths, your weaknesses, an example of how you solved conflict) and they also gave multiple hypothetical scenarios and asked what I'd do.

Interview
was very informal- did not ask much questions and called me through an unknown number, but the HR recruiter was very sweet about everything and explained the job as much as he could. when he couldn't, he set up a phone call with the nurse manager which was really sweet and professional.
