Started with a telephone interview with recruiter then with manager and then final round was 3 technical interviews. Quite a relaxed atmosphere and focus is on behavioural fit and analytical skills.

Tackle real world problems using logic
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maven (New York, NY)
Interview
Their job posting is incorrect, it said remote and for Salesforce Administrator role. During the phone Interview with the recruiter, I was told that remote is until Covid restrictions are lifted and then it'll be in office only. Also told that the role was as a business analyst, not a Salesforce Administrator. I had read all of the Glassdoor reviews, primarily negative, but wanted to give them a chance to see if the reviews were wrong. After the first 2 sentences from the recruiter during the call, reviews confirmed, how do you post a completely wrong job posting? Recruiter wanted to continue with the initial interview and since I'd already set aside the time for it I said okay. Generic business analyst questions. Thinking nothing of it since I advised I was only interested in remote only work, I was surprised that the hiring manager wanted to interview me. I asked the recruiter again to confirm, is this role remote or will it be in person and I was told I'd have to speak with the hiring manager, it'd be a discussion. So a recruiter doesn't put the correct information in the original job post and can't answer basic questions? No thanks, not wasting my time. Job searchers beware, the job you apply to at this company may not be what it actually is.
