Maze Senior Full Stack Engineer interview questions

The interviewing process with Maze went pretty smoothly! Everyone at each step was very kind and close. While I felt nervous at some points, they did a great job helping me relax and deliver what was asked. It mostly felt like a pair-programming session, which gave me a bit of a glimpse of how working at Maze could be :)

The interview process was really fast - I appreciated Maze's swift and effective communication. I also really liked the fact that they researched my profile/my work before conducting interviews. I found the process enjoyable and liked interviewing with every single person. There was also an external company included in the interview process - it was my first experience with such an approach, but I think it makes sense and I appreciated being able to pick a time that suited my needs and being able to interact with a person from a company that's specialized in doing interviews. Overall it couldn't have been better!
