3 interviews in total. First round is a phone interview with the recruiter who will ask about your background. Second round is in-person if possible or via Teams with the hiring manager and the recruiter where they will ask a series of behavioral questions. Final interview is in-person with the VP of HR and someone who is a director or senior-level person who has been in the role you’re interviewing for. The final interview is also full of behavioral questions. Offer was extended over the phone by the recruiter and VP of HR about a week after the final interview.
