Interview
4 step process:
2 Phone interviews (Once with the recruiter and once with the hiring manager)
1 face-to-face interview with the services manager and 1 or 2 junior managers (team leads)
During which I had to complete a "skills" test
1 face-to-face interview with the division manager.
