Interviews were brief and direct with the recruiter and director being easy to chat with. The team lead however was not happy to be part of the process and did not show any interest in interviewing whatsoever. Based on the details shared in the interview there are many challenges and problems that the team lead is looking for a new hire to take responsibility for. Whoever takes the role is going to be in a poisoned well situation - strongly do not recommend.
