Applied online and got an email the very same day, had phone interview the next day. Typical interview questions with salary expectations being the last question. Gave a fair salary expectation for the position given my experience and never heard back after that...looked the company up on Glassdoor only to find just how low the starting salary was for a store manager. Now I know why I didn't get the call back.
