Interview
Basic interview process. Normal behavioral questions. Nothing over the top or out of the norm. I interviewed with the call center supervisor. Very brief interview, didn't last too long. I went thru a temp agency and they set the interview up but it was done in a matter of days.

Tell me about a time you had to tell a customer what they were asking you to do was against policy.
Requires typing assessment prior to interview. Must meet 35 wpm in order to proceed with interview. Interview process was easy after that and received offer within a two week timeframe.

Interview
I completed the online application and was called by someone in HR and was asked a couple of questions over the phone. She then asked if I could come in to do s face to face interview and take a typing test. I took the typing test first and then I was taken downstairs to do the interview.
