Simple, requires a test that will resemble your day to day work. The interviewer was good, and not biased or bad in any way, though the test is a little more difficult and time consuming than it would usually take when you actually do the work there.

There was a standard phone interview and brief assessment, neither of which were difficult or overly taxing. The in-person interview with the managerwas dreadful. She has no sense of professionalism and was completely unprepared. The whole interview was a waste of time.
