They invite you to an interview day where you show up at 9 am, sit at a table with the people also interviewing with your floor, the nurse manager and the clinical nurse manager. Throughout the day there are various presentations about benefits, the nurse residency program, and working at Georgetown in general. You went on a tour of your unit, had lunch with some of last years nurse residents and finally interviewed individually with your nurse manager and sometimes your clinical nurse educator. The interview itself was pretty casual and was more of a conversation.
