Easy. Talked about surfing. Asked questions about what I wanted out of the company and promised raises with evaluations every 6 months (never happened). Interview was very informal lasting approximately 20 mins.

Easy and a joke, almost guaranteed a job just walking in. Only interview I have ever been in where the interviewer was cursing as if it was normal for him.
