The Human Resources Manager reached out to me on LinkedIn and gave me some information on the position. We had a phone interview about a week later and she asked me a variety of questions pertaining to my past work experiences, interests, etc. During the phone interview we set up a date and time so I could have an in person interview.
A week later I went to the interview and met the office staff and manager. There was some writing involved, many questions, and even having to role play with a given situation. The manager was great and very easy to talk to. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable. The questions were very detailed and significant to the position. I found the interview to be a little challenging at times but it was a refreshing experience. The interview was very structured and you could tell that the manager really cared about the position being given to someone who was dedicated. Overall, I believe this is how all interviews should be conducted and I enjoyed the experience.
