Medical Data Systems Insurance Collector interview questions

Applied on Careebuilder, got a call 2 hours later for an interview next Monday, went in completed an assessment online, had an immediate interview with hiring manager, who offered the job on the spot. Wanted me to start right away..but I was adamant about giving current employer 2 week notice
