HR recruiter sent me an e-mail asking me to fill out a questionnaire ASAP, she did not call me to introduce herself. First red flag. I spent a good hour or two filling out the questionnaire, as of course I wanted to make the best impression. Questionnaire asked all about prior jobs, experience, reasons for leaving prior jobs, etc. All the typical questions that really should be discussed over the phone. Followed up with a brief phone interview, discussion was OK, but at the end we discussed compensation. My comp was too high for the position. They knew that going in (since it was included on the questionnaire), so what was the point of the call? Two days later received an automated e-mail telling me I was not selected for the position. Never heard from the recruiter again, poor interview experience overall does not leave a good impression of Medtronic.
