I first applied for the position online based on the job description and my experience. I was then contacted by a recruiter who conducted the pre interview screening. They were pretty generic questions and a few related to the job itself. I was then contacted by another team member and had a phone interview with them.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Medtronic (Taipei)
Interview
I had the chance to participate in 2 round of interviews. First is HR phone interview, then follow by direct manager f2f interview, both last about an hour. Both interviewer is quite professional and friendly.
