The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (Northridge, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Several rounds of interviews with the principle managers and directors who would be the key points of interaction. Interview questions were tough but fair. Asked to see plans for change and how to properly manage certain aspects of the project.
HR tried to convince me to apply for other positions within the company, despite my repeated insistence that I was qualified and most interested in this position. Tried to get me to apply for a role that had no interest for me, but was obviously a high priority for her to fill.

4 rounds, 1 with the HM and then 2 that were technical/culture fit and then final with the director. Some questions asked about experience with PM styles and others focused around handling communication and difficult interpersonal relationships

Question 1
How have you navigated cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization?
El proceso fue rápido, era una posición junior en la que no se pedia apenas experiencia. Todo fue rápido y sencillo, no tengo ninguna queja. El entrevistador fue muy cercano en todo momento, nada agresivo.
