Zoom interviews with four separate people. They asked standard behavioral questions. Process was easy to fit into my schedule since it was over Zoom. Interviewers were friendly and interested in learning about me and sharing what they like about Medtronic.

The interview is all about the past working experience, and they really emphasized the importance of PFMEA. They will go really deep into my past experience in zimmerbiomet. The whole interview process is easy. But it is long.
