Interview
I met with talent acquisition and then a week later met with the hiring managers. From there it was another week before an offer was extended. I was surprised they asked me my salty expectations in the first interview, but I could also see that as a way to weed out candidates.

Internal hire. One screening test + one interview with hiring manager and department director. Questions about previous experience, behavioral, situational and examples of how you reacted in a given scenario. Very positive experience.

Applied through the company website but was contacted by a recruiter. About a thirty minute phone interview with hiring manager. Then flew out for face-to-face with hiring manager and a few regulatory directors and managers. It took about a day and went to lunch with people on the team. Received an offer a few days later.
