First Round 1. Technical Interview => Interview was purely technical and he asked in-depth technical questions and scenario-based questions. Since I knew the answer to most of the questions, it was easy for me. The 1st interviewer was so Humble and he also answered the questions which I wasn't able to. 2nd Round 2. Technical Round => Deep-dived into docker, Linux, and Kubernetes. I was able to clear this round with ease. 3. Managerial Round => HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The interview was so rude and had negative behavior, such that he could make any person's mood bad instantly. He was a pessimist. For any of my answers, he was saying this is scripted. I mean what the hell. He said even greetings and my introduction is scripted. I have given many interviews in my life and I introduce myself in very detail by putting some good vocabulary. Seems like the interviewer was not familiar with vocabulary. Of course, in middle, he was putting up the words in Hindi like (ki, aise, accha, etc...). The whole point of 3rd round was Mangerial Round/HR round. But he didn't even single question on that. The interviewer just went pure technical and I still gave the answer to most of the questions. And, at last he says there is no interpersonal skills in me. Bro WTH, who decides interpersonal skills with technical round, he didn't even asked one single question about managerial round and says no interpersonal, lol. At last, Interviewer : Any questions for me? Me: yes Sir, what are the typical career progressions at your company? Int (answers in negative tone): Career, huh? First of all, don't think about the future. Think about your present job. (laughing...). Go find the right work. Seriously saying, I was really demotivated after hearing this. Literally, there were tears in my eyes. me - Can you tell me about your work culture. How is it? i wanna know. I really wanna hear it from him. Interviewer: - Huh? (Laughing). this is also scripted. Didn't answer this question. Me: Team strength that I would be a part of? Interviewer: answered nicely. Finally, he told me that my answers sounds scripted and not satisfactory. Let me tell you, in technical interview all the answers would be same. There were no managerial questions asked so how can you say that it is scripted,. Doesn't make any sense. technical answers and scripted. WOW. somebody give him a medal. The horrible and negative-minded Devops manager he was.
