Got a phone calling asking if you would like to work. Basic eligibility questions and asked if I shopped there before in the past. When going in for in person interview they hired me on the spot and had to shadow a person the day of.

Interview
Interview process very fast and accurate. When they are interested in you they press forward with upper management until everything goes through. Normal two-step interview - first with your manager for the selected area, and then a second with the store manager. Questions were normal - "explain a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and what you did to resolve the issue", "what was your reason for leaving your previous job"

they gave me one quick screener phone interview. Later I was interviewed by two managers at the same time in the store. Then I was brought back in to talk to store director.
