Easiest interview in my life. If you can show up business casual, answer the questions honestly and truthly, chances are you will be hired. It was a joke honestly. If you read the reviews from previous and current employees, they will hire you no questions asked. Hopefully you land in a store where they don't treat you like crap.

They usually set up interviews by calling but I advise calling them. Background takes a little time but after it's just orientation which last about two days just safety and skill training for the job.

Extremely relaxed. I came far over dressed and the interview happened in the break room. So overall the experience was very chill. You'd interview with you prospective boss and the manager over him/her.
