Very elaborate the initial interviews were short but the next steps after that take a long while. On boarding was several weeks. Verifying past employment even took longer. However the interviews themselves were no so bad.

Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
