Interview
Basically, you go to the general office in Eau Claire and take an aptitude test first. After that you sit in front of HR, the department team leads, and the department manager and they fire off questions at you. Some are basic questions relating to the job while others are strange ones that are simply used to analyze your personality.

If you could be any kind of tool, which would you be?
Interview process went very quick. An IQ like test is taken right away then onto an interview with an HR and two managers from the department. Only one on-site interview and they got back to me is less than a week.

No difficult questions but most unexpected is "If you could be any tool what would it be and why?"

Interview
Very easy questions. The interviewers were pretty nice. Seemed desperate to hire any one though. If you have ever done any interview in your lifetime this will be a piece of apple pie.
