Two step process with hiring manager and also we might get a take home assignment where we'll be discussing our results what could have been done better and other possible solutions. Later there will be a one on one call with CEO about cultural fit
I've only made the first interview so far. The first interview was made by 3 persons. It was a succession of boring HR questions (all among the top 50 of interview questions), sometimes in an interrogatory style, followed by some very general technical questions. Not specially nice interview. Didn't really give me a good image of the company.
