The interview process involves resume screening, initial HR call, technical assessments or tests, one or more interviews with team members or managers, and a final decision followed by an offer or rejection.

So far, I've had two interviews with Meraki. The first one was more of an introduction and included some basic questions on topics like ARP, VLANs, STP, and DHCP. The second interview focused more deeply on DHCP, host-to-host communication, and a router-on-a-stick scenario. I passed both interviews, and next week I have the third one, which will be a troubleshooting interview.
