Many red flags during the process. The documentation that they provide to me for developing a technical challenge was not clear enough, I asked them many questions/doubts and they basically answered: "Do whatever you want". After I completed the challenge, I had to ask the recruiter (a Project Leader) two weeks later to schedule a technical interview since he didn't reach me during this time. By the way, this technical interview was not bad. Finally, I didn't get any feedback related to the challenge/process, this recruiter was basically ghosting all the time. Is this a "Great Place to Work" culture?.
