It was a video call and it was a 15 minute first round interview with the hiring manager. Mostly about the candidate. The manager gave a tip at the end which was nice.

Recruiter screen, Take-home assignment (identify target company, sample outbound), Take-home assignment review, 4 on-site interviews, Final round with one of the co-founders.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Sales team is impressive. However, disappointed I didn't get feedback after Merge decided to move forward with another candidate. Least that can be done after 6 interviews and a take-home assignment.
