The interview process overall went smooth. Majorly it was an under pressure testing throughout. Starting with the group discussion on very general topics, it further went on with 2 rounds of personal interview.. The CEO, HR, CSO were themselves present there to make sure they decide to hire the most potential candidate out of the lot.
Then they went on with testing the IQ, EQ level and analysis of situations given.. And scenario based questions to deal with. Overall they focused on confident individuals who strive to give their best performance at all levels. Freshers just need to show their versatility, presence of mind and dynamic personality to get through it.
