Applied online, invited to complete a video interview via a third party platform. Didn't speak to anyone directly, watched short clips of a current staff member ask a question then had 20 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. Very unnatural process. Interview questions were not what I was expecting at all so it caught me flat-footed and scrambling. No behavioural questions asked.
